Depending on the current state of both the windows and the frame, this will have the biggest impact on materials, options and prices. This process can be time extensive as the options are almost endless. Once the selection process has been completed the work can begin.

A full-frame installation is highly recommended when there is extensive damage to the window frames. You can’t put new windows in an old frame, as the seal would not be factory and moisture would seep inside.

If your home is known to have extensive moisture the window frame will most likely contain moisture damage and can reduce the integrity and strength of the frame. On the other hand, a retrofit installation can easily replace the glass when the existing frame is in good, working condition. This can save you a couple dollars in the long run.
